All Highbridge sponsored projects have minimum and maximum income and household composition that follow US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development guidelines and/or Low Income Housing Tax Credit guidelines issued and in effect at the time of initial occupancy.

Highbridge offers housing for seniors. Highbridge buildings offer various apartment accommodations for persons with disabilities such as mobility, hearing, and visual impairments. In addition, reasonable accommodations can be made upon request.
