HCDC has a process to monitor and respond to HPD and other violations received. Upon notification or receipt of a violation, a work order is issued by the compliance coordinator and assigned to the appropriate personnel or contractor. HCDC has also experience with the

requirements of Local Law 11. HCDC has contracted with professional engineers and architects to assess and file the required reports to maintain compliance with DOB. In addition, competitive bids have been solicited for the work required. The work has then been coordinated through the scheduling of sidewalk sheds, permits, and timely completion of the required repairs. 

HCDC's Comliance department also has an extensive compliance program for all aspects of LIHTC and HUD requirements. Procurement, maintenance, and replacement is coordinated by TSR through the maintenance of logs and employee reports in conjunction with manufacturer recommendations.
