Critical to the successful maintenance of any Project is a sound maintenance program fhat is proactive and that can effectively address unforeseen or emergent situations as they may occur. HCDC operates a Tenant Services and Repairs (TSR) department that is responsible for the processing of all tenant calls and requests for services related to unit specific concerns as well as general building issues. In addition to being responsive to tenant requests by scheduling appointments and dispatching appropriate trades to address the request, either via in-house staff or independent contractors as needed, TSR is also responsible for scheduling and monitoring non-tenant specific maintenance issues related to general building conditions.
